Remember a hatchling corn snake doesn't STAY a hatchling.

Corns grow to between three and six feet long at adulthood (with most hitting the middle range of four to four and a half feet) and should have a vivarium that is at least 24" X 18" X 18" although larger is DEFINITELY better.

Smaller hatchlings can be kept in smaller tubs or enclosures (and usually should as they can escape through the gaps in vivarium glass) - I keep my hatchlings in boxes with the floor space of an A4 sheet of paper (the Really Useful 9Litre box).

I don't know the measurements in inches, i'm sure google will though

Or you could just get a small/medium sized exo terra faunarium.

9l Rub:
Dimensions
External: 395 x 255 x 155
Internal: 335 x 210 x 140
(length x width x depth in mm)

Med Faunarium:
Medium 36 x 21 x 16cm

If you want somethin that stays really small try a Kenyan Sand Boa or Western Hognose.
