Default snakes and mites my reptiles dont have them just finding out info.

do they need to be put in differnet room when being treated. if so then how would that work cause i own 5 reptiles and to think people of owning 20 reptiles or more would have reptiles all around the house. or put them in the same room but not next to each other? thanks and if one gets it treat all even if the other dont just in case?? thanks
