Got this SA Female as a replacement for a spider which got killed by Royal Mail

Thanks Gareth / TSS .. I really appreciate it ... You won't get that in a local shop surely ....

She is one moult away from breeding age so time to get her fatten up

I will leave her in ICU for a few days just in case ...

If given enough substrate they will construct the most beautiful turreted burrow which is so impressive it can more than make up for the lack of sightings.

Got any pictures ? What mine did now is some sort of hammock in one corner



And locked up the hide. She also seems dug down because when I shine a torch in I cannot see her at all
