Default Then and Now! Tarantula Pictures.

I've put a number of pictures together of my tarantulas to show how much they have changed and to give others and idea of the growth rate of certain species.

Please feel free to add your own.

Brachypelma boehmei

Brachypelma smithi

Grammostola pulchripes

Chromatopelma cyaneopubescens

Ceratogyrus darlingi

Here are a few of mine juvi's

Psalmopoeus irminia juvi

Haplopelma lividum

Brachypelma smithi juvi

brachypelma albiceps juvi

Grammostola rosea

I rescued her from a owner that did not look after it right. It had a broken leg when i had her and the broken leg is shown in the first picture. She also had not ate anything for over a year the previous owner said and was kept on rotting wood chippings and vermiculite. I changed the subtrate to coco fibre and put a heat mat on the side of the enclosure and after a few weeks she molted and started to eat again. she also had grown a new leg and is a different spider, more happy i think.

See how scruffy she was at first.
