Default Susie (T.Blondi) with her first locusts.

Susie was fed her first locusts today since being with us. They are huge winged ones. She started to make a feeding mat and then just gobbled it up! The second one she jumped straight onto. Steve took some good pics of her mushing it all up!

Here is the first victim.

Second one that didnt last 5seconds. I didnt know a goliath could do this much damage in a matter of seconds to anything! Imagine when shes/hes bigger!!

I distinctly remember that thing taking a standard size locust then tearing it in half in the shop.

See? Bigger food makes happier blondi She still looks a bit skinny, i'd be inclined to feed her a bit more often 'til she picks up a bit.

Mice can make a bit of mess, I would stick to locusts.

One mouse would do her the world of good! Just give her one.. the mess isn't horrendous! Give her one mouse then stick to locusts (at least if she was mine thats what i'd do)
