Question Aretaon assperimus hatchling

The first of my batch has hatched this morning. No probs hatching and looks fit and sturdy but not eating. I've given it a fresh young bramble tip and torn the leaves a bit to make it easier, but it doesn't want to know. Moving about fine though.
This happened with my goliath eurycnema and they died. Any advice anybody? Really don't want to lose this chap after months of spraying and waiting.

they may take a few days to get started with eating ,
if they are still slow at it in 3 days , try snipping the edges of the leaves

Cheers, noticed it is drinking the misting droplets. Got the eggs off ebay and emailed the seller to tell her one had hatched, she was surprised because the eggs are only about 2mths old. Any way hope he starts eating soon, I did tear the leaves a bit I always do for hatchlings.
