Exclamation Could This kill my trap door

Hi there iv got my Black trap door spider , in a jar that ust to have chilli in it iv washed it out with soap very hot water and then cold water after that i scrubed it dry with a clean towle , but it still smells of chilli , could this kill my trap door thanks.

Did your Chili die of anything before it was removed?

lmao dude he means the jar was full of Chillies, ya know burning the mouth chillies.

If it still smells of them i personally wouldn't use it because it suggests that at least chilli residue is in there which i imagine would severely irritate a spider.

ok fine some kind of food item, i assume either whole chillies or a chilli style cooking sauce.

maybe try soaking it with a lil tiny bit of bleech aswell
and make sure you really wash it afterward

Could have meant Chili Rose...

And plus i nearly died from eating a pretty hot Chili before... Dwarf Chili i think it was... I think you should all try one.

just keep washing it out let it dry, repeat and just keep cleaning it each day until the smell has gone. Should be ok but just to be safe
