The only 100% accurate way of sexing a Smithi is with a molt, but ventral sexing can prove quite accurate also. Do you have a recent molt? If so, can you photograph the inside if the abdomen, between the book lungs?
If not, can you get a photograph of the underside of the spiders abdomen at all?

hmmmm *maybe* a bit too small at that size without a microscope. There are guides, but unless you know what to look for exactly, it might prove a bit diffucult. You're looking for something called Spermathecae. Maybe try and google it? Maybe wait for a couple of molts first. Shouldn't be too much longer
