Almost, some foreign countries do not accept importation of non native species so I'd look up what can and cannot be imported into the USA. I know from various emails to and from the Australian Quarantine & Inspection Service that non native insects are not allowed into the country.

send by air or it will take to long..get a tube or somthing..any thing will do really.just pretend its a delicate bit of china..pack it well so its not going to get bashed about in the journey.pack it with dry tissue not wet!i would give it a good misting before i packed it.just make sure the ooth is new..if it had been aid like 2 -3 weeks ago i wouldn't risk sending it..as it will take a min of 1 week to get there and if it hatches during shipping there all going to die.
