Emps are communal and mostly do OK together.
The main three things I've found are
1, Don't intreoduce a gravid female to other scorps, she'll possibly attack them.
2, Make sure you have plenty of hides.
3, Try to get scorps that are all roughly the same size.
When introducing new scorps to an established tank, I take out the current resident and completely remodel the setup. This way, the scorps in the tank won't be defending their burrow, and they'll all be new to the new setup, trying to find their own space without invading an established burrow.
Despite doing all this, be prepared, it's not a guarantee that they'll all get along, just what works best in my experience.
