Default One of my GALS has died.........

So i have had them for a while but one just never seemed to grow.............
pic of when i first got them:-
more or less the same size.......... found the small guy dead today:-
sorry bad pic i no .............




I am really careful about salt and all their food is organic..........any ideas if i did something wrong?

RIP lil guy.....

just guessing, maybe too little humidity or poisonous leaves?
too little calcium? dunno, could be a lot of things

the other is fine..................and they live in the same enc. calcium in tank all day and i only feed salad leaves and fruit all organic.................but thanx babe!

if they were apple snails it'd happen that the bigger one has harmed the smaller one, but they aren't so this is unlikely...

I dont no what happened to the lil guy.................other one is fine so maybe such a thing as a runt or failure to grow!

Lynn I have seen this happen before, not to me but I do know some people have reported exactly what you have said, a 'runt' if you will. Some people have suggested the other snail or snails ate the larger share of the food which slowly killed the other but many have said no they all ate large amounts, just one didn't grow at the same rate. Sorry for your loss and I wish I could help more but could be just one of those things.
