Default My male and female horse head grasshoppers.(subadults)

Who can help me find out which is male and which is female?im gueesing the brown one is male.?

By any chance do these guys feed on bramble? I was wondering if you could mix them with stick insects, namely Extatosoma Tiaratum(Macleay's Spectres).

Never seen them for sale though apart from ova occasionally, are they very pricey?

Sorry to ask questions and not answer yours, to be honest I doubt may her keep them You'd be better off asking over at bugnation.

Personally though I'd say if their both subadults then which ever one is noticably larger then the other is the female. Like in mantids I've seen pics of these and the female is noticeably bigger and a bit more bulky. I suppose that makes me say the brown is female as it's body seems twice as thick as the blueish one. Which is longer?

im banned at bugnation..mayby u could post the pic for me

i bought them from Virgina cheese man for 8£ each.yer there feed on bramble and can be housed together..i want to buy like 10 more and have a big cage for em.i cant seem to find any more for sale tho,

this is where im a bit mixe up..i was sent them as subadults..but the one in front(the green one) shed the other day so i guees that one is adult now?
the brown one hasnt shed yet.like i said im gueesing..i wold love to hear from somone that keeps these.there cool looking hey?

Sure are lol really cool. Are they too delicate to handle at all or like macleay's are they sturdy enough to take it without losing limbs like some of the very long thin sticks can.

there fine..they use to be really good jumpers..they dont seem to jump any more tho sinse it shed
