Default Do I buy it ?

I've known for a while a H.gigas can swim but earlier in the week I saw a Youtube Video of one diving .

YouTube - H. Gigas swimming

Now , I've got some terrestrial T's , some arboreal and some Troglodytes . Now I'm trying to decide whether to get myself an aquatic 1 .

Is being 'cool' a good enough reason to get myself a H.gigas ?

They know when I lie too because they don't come when I say it but don't drop the food in .

urm.. if you mean the fact it is a cool T to you, which means it is a T of interest to you, then I see no problem. As long as you don't keep forcing it into water when it doesn't want to, do they actually willingly enter water or is it just they CAN submerge?

It doesn't really look like it wants to go in the water!

Watch you fingers, these have very potent venom. Worth looking through past issues of the BTS journal as there are care information and bite reports.

Not a good idea, they dont actually like this and tbh, most T's will prob do it if they need to. They are not equatic, they can just swim.

I have an adult female for sale at the moment. They can be HELL if your moving them as they dont even bother with threat postures and hissing they just charge at you at top speed. This is bad considering most of the time they run down the burrow and you end up trying to dig them out only for them to decide to fight and launch out of the hole.

There is a true spider, a 'fishing spider', that is quite interesting, imo..

YouTube - Spider Eats Frog!

I have seen them for sale, from time to time.

Is this supposed to be a warning or an enticement ?
