If you mean do they need to be in an incubator then no. Pop them in a lidded plastic tray on damp kitchen paper and cover with a couple more layers and put the lid on. Spray them often enough to keep everything damp (not wet) and keep at room temp. If the paper starts to smell fusty or black marks appear just change it.
Mcleays (which are what I think you have??) take quite a while to hatch, not sure how long but over 6 months I would think.
