Question humidity...

Hi i was just wondering if anyone knows what the best humidity is for Brachypelma smithi/Mexican red knee, atm my red knee blaze has humidity of 50-55, is that bad? and how can i get up even more?

B. smithi love it dry. I haven't had experience with this species but have heard that overflowing the water bowl once a week will be fine

You don't need to worry about humidity for this species, the humidity in your house is fine.
Keep it dry with the overflowing water bowl, a piece of cork bark and a feeding of 1 cricket once or twice a week and you'll be sorted.
