Default Keep your finger out of this thread

Got this A/F Selenocosmia dichromata from the spidershop yesterday:



One thing does concern me though .. She seems to be bleeding from some of her leg joints .. I mean not really like if you cut yourself, but a drop or two are basically sitting there (if you know what I mean).

I saw her twice already in her water bowl drinking for a while so that is a plus I guess (as you can see in the picture).

She also has a somewhat bald patch on her bum so I hope, even though she supposed to be an A/F, she is due to moult as she didn't eat either (although she probably has to settle in first too).

Haha ive got a couple of these guys... they keep tricking me. they will sit completely still in an odd looking position, so i think, ah hell, its died. go to touch it with a brush... nothing. poke gently with stick... nothing. try and remove the 'corpse' gently and BANG, its running round the viv biting at anything that moves lol! im not scared of many animals but these guys freak me out! Little bards!

Use your hand then it wont hurt anything Or make the viv dirty lol
