Macleay's spectre sticks. Before I wanted em there were large nymphs and sub-adult all over the shop, then when I wanted nothing bar L1 which I didn't want really. Now my mantid is in the flexarium until she dies, I've seen some adult groups going around.

When I finally get sticks it'll be between them and D.gigantea

well...pet shops would over charge you any, try the forum, their not exactly uncommon. Otherwise use one of thr well known online sellers.

With some of the harder to get things, I find that some people are worth an e mail, like Martin Goss, since he will often try to source whatever it is you happen to be after, even if it is not on his site, and even if he makes not a lot on it.

yeah Martin French is pretty well known, good prices though like Cheeseman his definition's of medium and large can be a bit iffy sometimes, as in 3" leg span might count as large for a small species of T, but for a Blondi it wouldn't be . I'll warn you though a lot of stock will have changed since august, he might also have stuff which isn't listed.

He's doing up a new site, might be going on Cheesemans route, making it more up to date with online features.
