"World's Most Dangerous Animals - Tarantulas".
Brilliant .. Loved it .. after someone mentioned it in another thread I ordered the whole boxset ... On this DVD you can see not just the moult process, but also mating, eating, a male eaten by a female and something "I" haven't seen ever - a female laying eggs ... Buy it - well worth every penny ... I think I was giggling like a little girl a few times saying "got that one, oh that is a xyz - got that one too" etc. The 7 hour box set is not even 20 quid : Worlds Most Dangerous Animals [DVD]: Amazon.co.uk: DVD

Interesting how they use a tarantula as the subject matter for worlds dealiest animal, yet there has never been one single recorded death... hmm
Oodly enough could you imagine if the video really did stick to the principle of the 'Worlds Deadlist animals' and focused of them... here's what we'd be watching... 1. the Flea (Black Death, Plague, hundreds of diseases) 2. the House Fly (Spreading bacteria, nearly every dangerous disease you can think of.) 3. the rat (See the flea) 4. The Bee... Envenomates 5 times more people worldwide than all other venomous animals combined (ave 80,000 deaths per year) 5. Tetse Fly (now that is just gross!) 6. Mosquito (obviously Malaria, but others too) 7 The house Cat (alright I did make this one up, but trust me, they are evil and they would if they could) How crap and boring would this video be?

Christ, why is everybody going on about that - just enjoy the docu dammit
![]() PLUS : It doesn't say "World's most dangerous animals to humans". Ts can tackle lizards way bigger than its own body size .. so in animal world - it IS dangerous ... Heck in the docu it even kills a pit viper !!

If you didn't want people to discuss and debate, why did you put it on a public forum? Isn't that what a forum is for? I didn't say the video wouldn't be enjoyable, (I have seen it on sale in my local Garden Ctr, I might buy it) just making a humourous reference to the fact that reality is far more boring... you know... irony? This forum would be bloody boring if people just posted stuff and no-one ever replied or discussed.. I for one wouldn't come anywhere near this place if that was the case!
