scorps are alot easier to look after then T's and if your using long tongs to clean then out etc... then any non DWA scorp is fine as a starter as they are rubbish climbers. personaly i prefer desert species to emps but thats probably just me.

Emperors are communal providing there's enough food. I find these a good introductory species aswell.

Unsure on the communal level of forests... Will check that up for you.
I'm definitely sure P. Imperators are communal and to me they look the same.

From what I've found, they'll be fine communally (H Spinifer) given enough space and food.

awesome thanks hun im thinking of getting a group of 3 do i need to be careful mixing genders or are they ok ?
i plan on putting in 4 or 5 hides and any idea what would be the best size faunarium to get and as for food i plan on putting in extra as i am used to feeding a group as my leos were kept together whilst they were young and i got into a habit of putting in extra so everyone got enough
