scorpion on paul o grady that spits acid!!!
a fella put a scorpion in his mouth on the paul o grady show tonight. and he said it spits ACID!!!
hahaha what the hell! anyone else see it?

Was it a whip scorpion?(uropygid)
They can spray acetic acid....which is vinegar. So I guess it was a hard guy being all "omg it can spray acid!"...yeah...the kind on your fish and chips.

I seen that lol was discussing it with my mother on the phone between me and her we are agreed it was a black emp.

i dont know what is he is on, but....
1) that was an emp - (can tell because the scorps that have bigger claws have less potent venom) 2) im not pro in keeping scorps and have never ever kept a scorp in my life! but somehow i don't know if they can spit acid???? or do they? 3) What on earth was that on his head that was slapping him? i mean he delibratly made that to not hurt him!

there are spitting scorpions i mean the common name for Parabuthus transvaalicus is spitting scorpion Spitting Scorpion - Arachnoboards
and im sure Androctonus crassicauda or one of the Androctonus Spp. can spit as well. but you'd have to be retarded to put a Buthid in your mouth. or some to think of it any scorpion

To be honest I saw it and I thought that contraption on the side of his head was designed to whack his cheek and upset the scorpion inside his mouth and to be honest I was so glad he got stung in his mouth - time for the scorpions to fight back against inhumane treatment!

Simply put, it was not an Emperor (Pandinus imperator). It is exceedingly difficult to identify a scorpion of any species from a mere glance, and there are many many scorpions that look like Emperors, but really aren't by a longshot.
