Default bit of more than i can chew?

ok i got a juvie mexican red knee from the spider shop, and it cam in those old tubes you used to get camera film in, anyway i have set up a tank thats about 1.5 times the size of a cricket tub, i have a hide and a water bowl, the lid of a sprite bottle. i havent opened it yet to see how small it is, but is there anything else i should add?

please help for some reason i wasnt expecting somthing so small

If it's really small: no water bowl.

Could always get it out of the film tub a second to see how big it is...

If you open it up, it will be bigger than you prob think as it will be all snug in there with lots of tissue paper.

yeah it was right at the top, and i have to admit when i opened it up i couldnt believe how small it is or how big for being in that tube, its about the size of the sprite lid, but i have only put a small amount in, this is so small, its so fast aswell when i was trying to get it out by brushing its back legs it ran out of the box, i was having visions of it running away and being lost!

let the good times roll, any advice for looking after somthing so small?

anyone know what age they are when they are so small?

They can be a bit skittish. You will have to get a pic up for us to see.

he/she seems to be ok now sitting on top of the hide thats way to big for it. now down to food what size of crickets should i get and how many a week should i feed?

is there anything else i can feed i hate crickets at the best of times never mind when they are tiny

yeah, it is, its just the new substrate it usally goes dry after a day

Thats not tiny!

You could feed it meal worms, I'm not sure how well these go down as a staple though.
