Default cobalt :3

Ive been wanting a decent pic of my cobalt but she wont come out her hide. I dont want to agitate her out so for the past couple of days ive been waiting late to see if she comes out, i noticed thismorning a fresh batch of web on the outside of her hide so i must have missed her =3
i can only assume she likes her hide too much:3 I got a really good threat position out of her from flicking a locust down her hole and a sorta saw her lunge ontop of it but it was to dark/muffled for a camera =[
I will get pic of her soon !

its a shame really as she is my new cobalt too =[

You might have to wait till dark then try to get a pic then because that's when she might come out

I think they most often come out at 3-4am from what people on here say, then you get to see them disappear down their burrow... the trouble with burrowing spiders is just that, they burrow.

I can't even pour water down to tempt mine female out, she has built an underground fortress so intricate that I am sure she has plumbed her own overflow! I can see her under the glass at the bottom of the tank sometimes, but she just hides further back and gives me the middle finger.
