Default over feeding?

my adult female chile rose seems to sit flat on the substrate, some people have told me that i could be over feeding, at the moment im feeding 3-4 medium crickets a week, i also have a juvie mexican red knee that i feed 1 medium cricket a week, what do you think?

Stan Schultz also recommeds alot of usless crap IMO but 6 crix a month is more than enough depending on the size of the spider and the crix come to that.

most of mine don't get 6 crickets a month, and none of them are skinny.

well I feed my Adults only around 3 crickets a month, some don't seem interested when I feed them more then 2 to be honest, their more sluggish toward prey(avic being an example), 2 a month seems right for them, their bums are plenty round enough.

If they are only medium crickets for adult T I can't really see the problem but I'd prefer to see a pic of the T before saying more . After all a medium cricket is a fair bit smaller than an adult cricket .

ok thanks going to cut the feedings down to 2-3 crickets a month, thanks guys what about the juvie im currently feeding it one injured cricket thats about the size of its body a week that ok or cut that down to two a month?
