Lol it's just making things the way it wants them to be! My advice would be to let him have that one and give him one he can't move

Think yourself lucky it is the species it is lol
My adult OBT has decided that he wants his water bowl on its side and webbed into his tunnel structure, i did attempt to get it back buuut lets just say he made it clear it was staying, i did add another one but last night i noticed he has taken that one too. He is now sitting there just daring me to try and get it out again lol

Spiders eh?

My mates rosea insisted for some time on webbing up her water bowl, he bought her a fancy exo-terra hide which she carefully webbed up the entrance to. She sometimes sits on it though

Recently helped him totally redo her tank (added a load more coir, the pet shop had sold him the spider in a basic plastic tank with about 1cm of coir) and carefully set it up so she'd maybe be able to use that hide... webbed up in a day.

Lol. I think its just playing you up. Most terrestrial spiders like to do a bit of furniture rearranging.
My g pulchra tips the water bowl over everyday, then half bury's it, and web's all over it. He also bury's his his hide then sits on top of it.
Its nothing to worry about, just sit back and enjoy the spider shenanigans
