I bought a viv online at the end of last month in plenty of time before my beardies were due to arrive, or so i thought. I only ordered it online because it was fairly cheap and I haven't got transport at the mo. I payed for express delivery at extra cost and also read through the shipping policy, which said 24-48 hour delivery subject to stock, and if it was out of stock they would inform me of a possible delivery date and give me the option of canceling my order. I received conformation of the order etc etc.
Anyways almost 2 weeks later, with my beardies due any day I sent an email asking what was going on. No replies. Anyway today I phoned them and apparently their website isn't taking payments at the moment? Yet no where on the website does it mention this... and they still sent conformation of payment? And they didn't even bother to inform me that there was any problem! So now I'm in a mad rush to sort a viv that should of been sorted ages ago. Anyway the bloke I spoke too didn't know what was going on himself and STILL hasn't phoned back. I ordered it from ezPet online pet supplies ... DO NOT USE!
