Well the clock is well and truly clicking down now.

I started this thread so that everyone can see it, please use the sticky thread for general chat.

Also, the rather harsh weather we have at the moment is causing delays on the roads, and the M20 is being used as a car park.

Although diversions are laid on, its sure that your trip may take longer, so please dont forget to allow for this when planning your trip.

Our coaches are on a pretty tight plan so that every one gets the chance to rest at Ashford. Please do ensure you are at the pick up points at the time stated on your boarding pass.

T shirts and info packs will be handed out at Ashford.

Cites lists will be on both coaches from Ashford.

Dont forget we have been able to pre book tickets to the show saving us all queing, please try to have the 10 euros to hand as Steve and I will be collecting this when we are on the train.

Damian and Nathan will be leaving Brighton at 5 am this morning (thursday) to fly to scotland in order to check you on at Edinburgh and Leeds, please help them to get you on nice and quick by following thier instruction and having passes ready.

Our Coach owner, Chris will be checking you on on Coach 1, again , please assist him where you can.

On coach 1, downstairs is reserved for us (we need to be close to the doors) and 3 front seats upstairs are also reserved.

You are free to travel downstairs as far as Ashford, but then we ask that you move upstairs.

Please try to keep the coaches free of rubbish, we are on them for a long time. At Ashford we will be handing out black rubbish sacks, and have a selection of buckets, wipes and bags in case you are unwell, but do try to take some travel pills if possible.

I think thats about all, no doubt I will have forgotten something, and even less doubt someone will remind me !!
