Dunno about shops but if you get a chance check out Sarasota Jungle Gardens. Sarasota Jungle Gardens . We went year before last when we were in florida very good day out. Tampa also host one helluva reptile show twice a year I believe.

Pet Bazaar is okay - Pet Bazaar - Orlando, FL - Pet Shops . Also there's the Serpentarium - Reptile World Serpentarium - which is a working venom farm.

There are pretty regular reptile shows in Florida, might be worth checking out if there's one on whilst you're there.

For Gators, Crocs and alligator snapping turtles 'Silver Springs' is worth a look.

Its a nature reserve rather than a shop, but I had a good day out there a couple of years back.

They also have bears, birds of prey and quite a bit of other stuff.

Go to the croc/gator place, think it's called Gatorland, went when I went a few yrs back, don't know if it was before or after they had a fire and it all burnt, fortunately only few animals died, but think it's been done up real good.
