Default How to speak up?

Hey all! just some questions on taking to a pet shop who's not looking after their reps properly!

been to a local shop and was pretty shocked... I had recently gotten a little baby crested from them. and figured Id go back to check out how the others were doing! pretty sad imo, first thing I noticed was the temp..it was pushing 90 F...dont cresties tend to DIE over 85? that paired with the baby food they were eating, the ungaurded light bulb, and the HUGE crickets in there really bothered me...

and just today, my GF (who works at another branch of the same store) had to bring her fav chuckwalla over to the other store because he wasnt selling. He was already in a kinda too small viv, but was all alone and didnt seem to mind. She was pretty shocked when she found out that he was going in the same sized viv with FIVE larger chucks. so 6 chucks in a viv thats MAYBE 2'x2'x2'... she's looking into buying him, and a proper setup now...

Im actually scared to learn about the proper care of some of the other reps they keep and compare again.

So Im wondering what the best way (if any) to bring some of these issues up? should I straight up just ask to talk to the manager and tell him what I think he's doing wrong? like, how's a polite way to bring this issue up with him?? any tips from someone whos done it before??
