Question Earning Money...

I've had my Hamm tickets booked for a long time now, but have got just one major problem: How on Earth am I meant to earn enough money to buy good reptiles? I'm after a couple of Tokays and skinks, some female partners for my Fat-Tail and Crestie and various assorted inverts. Altogether, it seems that it'll cost around £300-400, but I only have about £100 at the moment. I'm only 13 as well.

So, what I'm asking is how do I earn £200-300 before September, without wasting away all of my school holidays?

Jobs around the house for parents and grandparents?
Offer to mow peoples lawns?
Do you have a birthday coming up between now and Hamm? If so, ask for money rather than presents.
Any games consoles/CD's/DVDs you could do without and can sell?
Paper round?
Kitchen job in the holidays?

well what you got to ask yourself is whether or not wasting away your school holidays is worth getting new animals and having money for Hamm?

If youve still got time at school, buy a load of stuff from cash and carry and sell it at school. its what most of my mates did lol.
Or burn CD's/DVD's and sell them.

When I said wasting, I meant doing jobs around the house for tiny amounts that seem pointless. Unfortunately, my birthday is miles away, so that idea isn't really available. Could I possibly have a chance of getting some money from selling on some Leo hatchlings?

Yeah, you would get money from selling them on. Mabey you should focus on breeding you geckos, and sell any others?

Aye, you'll get a few bob from the baby leos. Paper round or something similair could be good as well, and won't take up much of your summer hols.

If you dont want to, or cant, commit to a paper round every day, try getting a round delivering the free weekly paper. Can get you about 10 - 20 pounds a week depending on how many leaflets go with the paper.

Paper rounds are a good little earner, If i didn't start work so early in the mornings i'd still do mine now! Only takes a few hours in the mornings and then you have the rest of the day to do what you want. Even better if you have one over christmas, got £200ish pound in tips one year!
