i would have, just courtesy to report an animal that needs attention, they might have thought that are doing the right thing or overlooked it.

i felt bad when id realised i hadnt said summit, i hope they spotted it or someone else tld them, the snake did not look impressed but do feel sorry for the person who had to get him out since this particular species of snake has a reputation for bein very snappy!

Why don't you give them a quick ring and mention it??

I would definitely have said something. They could all end up with them.

Hi all,

I would have said something to a member of staff quietly in the backround, there is no need to make a fuss.

I would have said something too, i have never had a problem with mites but i suppose it's something that sometimes can't be avoided. Especially when shops get new stock form different suppliers or buy stuff privately.

At least if you let them know they can sort the animal out and take the appropriate action for the rest of their stock before the problem gets any worse.
