I'm not after an arguement ~ I've been looking into the advertising side of things for breeders meetings and it
appears to me that the organisers of these meetings have quite strict guidlines on the advertisement they can do, for a start they can only advertise in reptile related areas. They cannot (as far as I understand it) advertise say in the local papers, on public notice boards or drop flyers through doors. They can advertise on reptile forums, reptile clubs, reptile shops and through word of mouth.
So the
most powerfull way of advertising I can see amongst those is
word of mouth, so we all need to do more than just talk on here about the breeders meetings, we need to actively advertise to friends , family and aquaintences. Otherwise in a few years time there will be no breeders meetings as the organisers will get fed up with putting in a lot of work to organise and run them without getting the hobbyists supportor
help, please give a thought for the organisers of all the breeders meetings that are held in the U.K. (and no I am not one of those people).
Please remember the organisers dont get paid to do this!
Ok, I've finished, Sorry I just had to get that off my chest
