Default Preloved

Anyone bought or sold an animal on preloved? Reptile bit (well torts anyway) seem some people actually selling and loads of people after free tortoises.

What do people think?

Yes, I've sold a couple of animals on Preloved.

You'll always get people who want "for-free".

Brought and sold a fair few bits on there. You get the people that want something for nothing but you also get people who dont know what they have. Brought two spider ball pythons from there for 250 the pair with paperwork. They belonged to her ex husband who had moved out the country and never came back for them, see hated snakes and wanted them gone. Knew they were worth something. I asked what do you want for them as one was a bit thin she said 250 I said OK, handed over cash. I was pleased so was she. So I got a right deal. I left my contact details just in case he ever came back but that was nearly 3 years ago now and I still haven't heard anything.

That is very lucky indeed!


I have bought and sold through preloved and its just another tool to use to be able to buy/sell, you still have to weed out the idiots, put up with the timewasters, and be bombarded with offers of 50 quid for a snake that you clearly advertised at 250!!!!!!!! Thats the way of the net.
