that video has been around years, the cobra has had its mouth sowen (sp) up so that it can not eat or bite. This is common practase in india with alot of the cobra's used on display. Either that or their fangs are removed in a very horid way. they are made to bite a branch which is then ripped out of the mouth, fangs and all. I've got a few friends in india and its happens far to often.
