Default help please guys im so annoyed!!!!!!

hi all i did my food order from camzoo as usual and they said it would be delivered 2day ok no probs there
anyway 1.30 pm comes and am getting worried as order normally here at around 8am,i rang camzoo and they said they would ring the delivery company,so i get a call back to say it was on its way so i sit and relax
other half rings me at 3pm to say it had arrived and was half defrosted!
I said to put them in freezer and i would look when i got home,so i get in at 5.30 and have a look 35 out of 200 mice are totally defrosted and none of the others feel well frozen so i dont no what to do never had this problem before
any ideas then people?
do i use whats defrosted and ring camzoo in the morning?
do i not use anything?
the other thing is that i have rat fluffs and mouse fluffs that feel frozen but they been in freezer 4 2 and a half hrs so could have refrozen and if they have been refrozen am i right in thinking they are not safe to use??? any help would be great and thanks in advance to any that reply

If some of the mice have defrosted I wouldnt use any of it. If you let camzoo know in the morning they SHOULD replace your order - a friend of miner had a similar thing happen and they were very helpful.

hi thanks they have always supplied me well in the past until now im thinking about using the 1s that are defrosted as they havent been refrozen seems silly to waste them when they are ok will ring them in the morning and see what they say if any1 has any other advice please reply thanks again pendlehog was what i was thinking anyway

Yeah I cant see that there will be anything wrong with the ones that have recently defrosted - I assume they were still cool when you got them just not frozen?

There seems to be a number of people having problems with their camzoo orders not being delivered properly... I doubt it's a camzoo problem, more a courier problem probably! I'd be really peed off if my order was half-frozen when it arrived though, and definately phone and complain.

PS Laura - our two corns are well settled now and ate on monday and seem happy enough Cheers for being so patient whilst I was late n got lost! x
