Default Advice please! may miss delivery!!!!

Hi guys,

I just ordered some livefood from the above site, i thought i would be able to get a specified delivery day and time or atleast day so i could make sure i took that day of work to await the delivery but it just says 3 - 5 days, so i was wondering if anyone has used this guys before and been in the same situation and not been in for a delivery, would they drop of to the local post office or would they leave a card to rearrange delivery?

I have emailed asking them but would also like to see if any of you guys could advise me

Im not sure what to do!

(I did post this earlier but under a title that might of made it seem like advertising so i changed it lol)

I've missed a livefoods delivery before. Just left a notice on the door telling the posty to leave it behind some plant pots. Some will, some won't, but the worst that'll happen is it'll be taken back to the nearest Royal Mail place, where you can pick it up, or ring for a re-delivery. They'll most likely leave them though, since not everyone is keen on live food!

And yeah, they should leave a card, as with most packages that don't fit into the letterbox

Ah right cool thank you! youve put my mind at rest! this is my first on line ordered so im a bit worried about it all, i usually go to my local shop for the food but i realised as my collection is growing bulk buying will be a much cheaper option!!!

I know exactly what you mean! After a couple of geckos the constant buying of 20-per-box crickets/locusts gets a little silly! Much better value for money online :3

Yeah definetly!
My local shop is excellent and the guys are all diamonds but it works out so much better value for me to do this now, im always dangrous when it comes to online shopping though, i picked up an extra 4 items other than just the food i was only meant to get

but hey its cheaper than just going in for food then accidently coming out with a Bosc like i did a few days ago
