Very nice of you guys to offer.
Could have done with you last weekend when they hit to take my marine tank down to your place!!

Lost the entire contents of a VERY fully stocked 8', 360 gallon hard coral reef... man was i gutted.. thousends down the pan and years of work for a 43hr power cut..
Also lost 37 eggs that were cooking. my reps and frogs all pulled through ok though.
Went out and bought a genny this week. I wont be caught out again

Mark

Thanks for the kind words guys.

I could have done something but was at a festival in London for the weekend. Didnt have a clue about any of it till trying to get the train home on the Monday which couldnt get alll the way so we where stranded untill Tuesday. All in all couldnt have gone worse really..

Reps all did fine though, well apart from the eggs. My house is normally a decent temp anyway. I was worried about my frogs without the misters working but they did ok also.

Funny thing is we wasnt affected by the floods at all as my house is quite remote and at the top of a big hill. Just the resulting power loss that did me. Guess I was a low priority being remote, not many houses here. I have bought a generater now anyway because they were on sale because of the floods. So should be good if anything like this happens again.

thanks again guys
Mark
