nowhere in london had crickets today...anyone else had probs due to the Royal Mail shortage?

I get my crickets from a shop who breeds his own crickets so i was ok lol but i was scared because i had worms in the mail but they came the day before the strike

what i want to know is if they end up dead will you get a refund because i wouldnt be best pleased if they were dead and i didnt get my money back

We got post this morning not sure how tho and i saw a special delivery van posting things yesterday, there arn't very many places here that sell crickets tho and we need some too
