Just wondering if this is one of the shops that has recently been commented out for having a bad reputation, or is it a good one?

Anyone have any ideas.. or comments?

Don't know but his (or her) spelling is atrocious considering they are trying to sell a business.

he/she also fails to mention a rather important fact that his/her license will be completely void when the shop is sold, and the shop will in fact be completely unable to trade until a new license is issued in the new owners name, which here would cost around £300 and take up to 2 months.. that's 2 months when it's illegal to sell any animals. Don't know what it's like down in Cornwall though.

I can find out tomorrow, we're off to visit a friends shop, Gills and Geckos in St Austell. I'll see if they know which shop it is too.

That sounds like Scales n Tails in Penryn. I didn't know they were selling it I would be interested in buying myself but no cash.

That's the one according to my friends in St Austell.

What is the shop in St. Austell like? Is it big? Do they have anything that is not too common?

To my know how it takes 2 weeks 3 weeks at most For a license and cost about £50 In Bradford west yorkshire.

I also think that you would have a transition period while license is in process

The thing I would be looking at is stock levels (£8.000)for the amount of viv's also what stock it has and what are the rates and is the shop on a rolling Rent or a lease Just my vies........
