got some adivse over in the lizard section..


but

  • think my female is preg
  • she is too small
  • worried she will become egg bound
  • is there anything i can do..
  • been told to put more egg boxes in there so she lays
  • or take her to the vets and getthe eggs taken out
  • or just leave her, and hope for the best..

To be honest, having surgery or having the eggs (if there are any) aspirated have their own risks. I wouldn't do EITHER of them unless she seems to be having trouble... and then there is a chance you'll lose her to surgical complications.

I have to say that out of three eggbound leopard geckos, only one has survived when it's gotten bad enough to need veterinary intervention.
