To be honest, having surgery or having the eggs (if there are any) aspirated have their own risks. I wouldn't do EITHER of them unless she seems to be having trouble... and then there is a chance you'll lose her to surgical complications.
I have to say that out of three eggbound leopard geckos, only one has survived when it's gotten bad enough to need veterinary intervention.
