You need to prove you have a DWA etc and the person buying it would need to aswell!!

doesnt matter whether you have DWA or not to buy it in Hamm bringing it back into the country is the dodgy bit though, if I were you if your serious drop Jerry an email at reptilekeeping.net they breed curviers dwarf caiman and would advise you on the best way to go about it.
there were spectacled caiman there cos someone brought back a few, but they can get quite big.
