Just wanted to say a public thank you to Petzoo. Recently ordered a hide out cave, and it turned up cracked and broken. Having dealt with some awkward online retailers before I was worried it would be a hassle to get it replaced!
But, this was not the case with Petzoo! Great customer service with no hassle what so ever.
