For a beginnner I wouldn't recommend any veggie reptile at all!

Most require some specialist knowledge and for a beginner I think it would be too much so if you can't handle live I personally feel a snake is the only way to go!

Was just wondering if the people are "experts" would they really need to do a questionairre on what reptile to get?. Are your choices on the beginner reptiles limited due to what you will be selling or just you dont have that many caresheets? Oh and whats a Hognose Python?!

The beginner reps I limited by what I would recommend for beginners. Is there something else you would recommend for someone just getting into the hooby?

Hmm snakes or lizards? Also you say in the quiz "do you feel ok feeding livefood?" If they answer yes they get a lizard. I feel ok with livefood but I like snakes better lol not having a go just tryin to help i promise

Beginner snakes hmm lets see. I would class most things as OK for a beginner with average intelligience but some people are a bit stupid or just clueless so I would say to them nothing would be good! I would say amongst other things Spotted Pythons and other Anteresia, Rosy Boas Kenyan Sand boas, Common Boas, Garters, Kings, Corns, Milksnakes, Western Hognoses, Rainbow Boas and some others would be fine for a first snake for someone with half a brain and a bit of common sense.

I would consider a WESTERN hognose to be suitable for a beginner to be honest. You keep em just like cornsnakes really and theyre very forgiving.

Any other type of hognose however you shouldnt be thinking about if you need to take that sort of questionaire imho
Would also agree that experienced herpers wouldnt really need the questionaire

Looks good as a rough guide for people just getting into the hobby though.
