Where did everyone get their funky signature banners? Are they easy to make?

Sigs are relatively easy to make, all you need is photoshop (or any picture manipulating program) a picturre, a good imagination, and a few tutorials. you can make a pretty good sig in a matter of minutes. fairly simple really.
