Default Petzoo?

On tuesday i ordered from petzoo, but mum had to roder by phone as it wasn't working through the website, it was confirmed and due to arrive on wednesday, its now friday? when will it arrive?

This is really quite annoying, its been really stressful wiht some sites out of stock some sites wont accept visa cards etc. And ifnally it was working and now i dont even know if its been sent out!

i would phone them and ask when was the order sent did your mum get a ref number for the order.

Missed calling them
Iwas just wondering on peoples experiences whether it normally took this long or whether it took longer.

I've ordered off these guys loads of times and they are great. Just email them and you will get a reply - it can sometimes take a day but they always get back and are very helpful.

But what are peoples experiences of how long it takes? it wasnt anything big like a viv.

what did you order? If it was live they might have felt it was too cold to send.

we make orders quite often. They always respond to emails within reasonable time and the chances are if you havent heard from them they have read your email and are dealing with it. Give them a call and they will sort it out. Lowenna's a lovely person

I don't think theres anytihng wrong , or doubt them i just want to know whats going on.
I ordered, a thermostat, a couple of fake plants a hygrometer nad a thermometer.
I havent had nay contacts or warnings about stock, adn the woman confirmed hte order over phone.
