the super macro has no flash the subject needs to be well lit for the autofocus to work, still not ventured into manual mode yet (too scared)

I've ordered some rechargeables and a 2gb sd card so I can mess about more soon and half term yay

But the whole manual thing will take time to work out (if ever lol)

Just given it a try and it seems pretty ok, not too good at inside lng distance though (with those settings).
I'm guessing it is an experimentation jobby!
