Anybody know of a way to diffuse a ringflash?

its hard for me to know what i would do if i cant see a pic..i tryed looking at google images but there wasnt a pic there.can u show me a pic of it?for now just trying taping some white paper toweling over the flash heads,1 piece each side should be enough.

are the pics your taking with the flash harsh?most ring flashes dont need defusing..can u show me 1 or 2 pics taking with the flash,.
