Default Hdr

I much prefer the non-soft versions. They look much more HDR. I think it's a non-contest. The skies are much great in the first and third. The details in the land and rock have also been preserved through the highlights.

Might cool down the temperature a little in the 3rd shot - or apply a cooling filter - but would not change much!

In the first the effect of catching the building in the ray of light is great - can you bring back some detail into the building without losing the effect?

Did you shoot a number of exposures from a tripod?

Which software did you use?

Thanks, I changed the exposures within photoshop - so cheated as there is moving water involved so a bit too difficult. All taken handheld I'm afraid. I used Photomatix pro, I'm only just learning how to use it.

Stunning Angi - I love them non-soft too but I think that is down to personal choice really

Did you get a new toy for your birthday then
