Your thoughts on this photo please
Ive entered this photo, taken today into a competition. THe comp called for photographs portraying emotion. I took this one this afternoon and love it.

the composition is fab and wow what a stunning lil lady
 ...the thing that throws me is the effects/levels used on her face or maybe its down to the picture hosting sites resizing , it could be my screen i just dont know, i just cannot get into to written words what it looks like, but it is a stunning photo none the less...i am hardly qualified to critique and mean no offence with my words

I think I might know what you are thinking, Its grainy and soft - its supposed to be that way, plus the sepia effect are all meant to help it to look sort of aged and dreamy. The original is quite different but doesnt look anywhere near as effective.
I dont get offended, I asked as I wanted peoples opinions. Thanks for giving me yours I really appreciate anyone taking their time to say what they think.
