the reson they have more pix is so u can print bigger prints

This is quite important because i plan to print some of the better pics i take. I can get prints free, and frames dirt cheap.

400d is a great camera.i use to have a nikon d50..its a good slr.there both the same really only difference being the 400d has 10.1millon pix,,the choice u should be making is between the nikon d50 or the canon 400d..u cant go for nikon d80 its to much money..u said u wanted something cheape?i have a few friends that shoot macro with canon 40d..theres no difference in there pics to mine..only better thing on d80 or 40d is better at high iso but the 50d and 400d is pretty good any way up to iso400..u wont ever use any higher than that any way.
