if u want good pics 100£ camara wont be good enough..save your money til u have enough to get 2nd hand canon 400d.they go for about 250£..seroiusly..a bran new camera for 100£ will be crap.be like using a camara phone.

wouldn't it be better saving up for another month so u can get a good camera that takes good pics?

I've taken amazing pictures on my cannon 5mp digicamera, macro is excelent even on garden spiders, eating flies in webs.
You don't need an expensive set up.
try out a friends or familys camera. Any will do.
Just try to consider composition, light and what your trying to photoghaph.

You can get creative compacts for little over £100, and they are great.
As mentioned above, Fuji do some cracking budget cameras.

Although... I wouldn't recommend getting it from pixmania.

I have a fuji finepix camera and a (newly acquired) Nikon D40 D-SLR. I love the SLR because it gives you so much more control over the outcome of the picture.

I'm an absolute D-SLR beginner so I'm learning from the bottom up but already I'm finding the SLR a much better camera and more enjoyable to use.

I decide what the shots look like not the camera (unless I want it to decide!).
